Incredible Feats of Human Endurance
Welcome to the first episode of Ordinary Observations for 2025! Mark and Jack start the year as we mean to go on, with a few interesting stories of incredible human endurance. Mark runs us through the entire length of Africa with Hardest Geezer Russ Cook, who tore up the pavement all the way from South Africa to the tip of Tunisia. Jack gives himself shortsightedness with Beatriz Flamini, the Spanish woman who spent 500 days isolated in a cave, 70 metres below the surface. We wrap it all up with everybody's favourite Iceman, Wim Hof the Dutch daredevil famous for subjecting himself to extremely cold temperatures for extended periods of time. Hosts: Jack Williamson & Mark Stribling This is a podcast by K103 Göteborgs Studentradio.
