From what we saw it is probable that the banks colluded to deny their clients a return to their tracker mortgage once their fixed mortgage term expired. I believe this may amount to fraudulent actions by senior bank officials. Is it credible to believe that all the banks arrived at the same conclusion at the same time to force their clients to move to a variable mortgage costing many hundreds of Euros more than the tracker rate?Is it credible that all banks would use the same invasive methodology to force clients to cut spending on things other than mortgage repayments?” and Senator Craughwell is going to talk to us some more about this now.
