I got to speak with Sarah Dudek of Indestructible Food - A project in which Sarah draws and writes about the history, and community of nonperishable fare. Indestructible food sits at the crossroads of nutrition, science, advertising, and flavor. For this project, She drew shelf-stable food, researched it, and wrote about it. Sarah is also a screen printer, illustrator, food fanatic, and lecturer of Marketing Management and Creative Entrepreneurship. We got to speak about how and why she started Indestructible Food and where the inspiration came from. Sarah spoke about taking time off and finding her creativity, as well as, just working on different projects and the lessons she shares when she lectures to students about Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
