Dash was one of the founders of Washington State and India Trade Relations Action Committee (WASITRAC) an organization that supported trade between Washington State businesses and firms in India. He also served as a Commissioner, Washington State Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs (CAPAA).*Ram Dixit, President, MLK Gandhi Empowerment Initiative has long work history in the technology industry and is using his expertise to technologically enable participants from under served communities in Martin Luther King Jr. County.*Anjali Dixit is a second year student at the University of California at Berkeley where she is studying political science and economics. She is passionate about social justice. She was a member of the Seattle King County NAACP Youth Council and this summer served as an intern for Congressman Raj Krishnamoorthi (D) Illinois 8th Congressional District.*Hayward Evans, Co Convener, Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration/Continuation Committee (MLKCC) provides updates for the 61st Anniversary of the August 28, 1963 March on Washington DC for Jobs and Freedom.
