India-Pakistan ceasefire violations leave deal hanging by a thread

After a hopeful start to the day, relations between two nuclear-armed rivals appear to be holding on by a thread. India is accusing Pakistan of violating a U.S.-brokered ceasefire the two nations signed early this morning -- a claim that Islamabad has denied.
