Keshav Dhawan, who began his career as a dentist in Amritsar, has been named the Australian Association of Practice Management's Practice Manager of the Year. Due to financial challenges, Keshav says he couldn't continue his dentistry career after migrating to Australia, but he rebuilt his professional path in healthcare management and now leads three medical clinics in Melbourne.
