Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Recap - The Oz Network Movies

Our final INDIANA JONES MONTH movie is here as we go back to 2008 to revisit THAT movie that everyone apparently hates, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull! Is this movie really that bad? Why can we find enjoyment in it? Why do we like nuking the fridge? Why do we like gophers? Why do we like actual cannibal Shia LaBeouf? What scenes could we write out and still be okay with it? Why did Steven Spielberg take so long apparently to realise Nazis were bad? How great is Cate Blanchett in this movie? What do we think of the often criticised special effects? Is this one of the most underrated scores done by John Williams? Why is everyone having so much fun in this film? Can we work out the point of some of the plot? Is the ending the one thing we can agree doesn’t work? What one scene does really annoy us? And why on earth does this movie get so much criticism compared to the other films when it basically is the same as the first three? It’s a fun ride and an interesting chat so get to listening! ★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★
