Kyle looks back at interviews that he's done with the three of the pioneers of Indiana psychedelic music: Producer Moe Whittemore who founded 700 West records and recorded and released the self-titled debut LP from Beech Grove's Zerfas. The album has been described as the "Sgt. Pepper of the Midwest."; Lester Johnson who co-founded the psychedelic soul group Ebony Rhythm Band.; Ron Matelic of Sir Winston and the Commons and Anonymous. In 1966 Sir Winston and the Commons released one of the first Indiana psychedelic records "Not the Spirit of India.".
