Winds out of the west at 10 miles an hour make it feel like it's nipping at your ears. Dry and crisp, though. The kind of morning where your breath hangs in the air like a little ghost. Tonight you'll dip into the low 20s, but the wind backs off. Small mercy. Now drive south toward Evansville. Southwest Indiana is living in a different zip code at 34 degrees. That's practically balmy by comparison. Light north winds, barely 3 miles an hour. Here's the thing, though. There's a slight chance of a stray shower sneaking through. Nothing dramatic. Tonight slides back into the upper 20s. Tomorrow brings a subtle shift. Northern and central Indiana climb toward 30 degrees. Southwest pushes near 40.
