More than 36 percent of people released from prison return within three years, according to the Indiana Department of Correction. Officials in Clark County, Indiana report drug overdose deaths so far this year are half what they were last fall. The City of Indianapolis says it's been hard at work making roads and trails safe after Monday night's snowfall.
