INDICTMENTS

The Wilson County Grand Jury met July 13 and returned indictments in 19 cases. The following 6 individuals are among the defendants scheduled for arraignment Aug. 13: •Matthew T. Herrera, 23, of Nixon was indicted on a charge of possession of a prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility, after an alleged incident in December 2025. •Kalistro F. Linares, 26, of Elmendorf was indicted on a charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and a charge of possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1 or 1-B, after an alleged incident...
