If you had told Dan Kilday that he would one day write a children's book, he would've told you that you were crazy! He grew up dreaming of hosting SportsCenter on ESPN or interviewing the president on 60 Minutes.For a number of years, Dan bounced around the United States as an anchor and reporter for local television stations until hanging up his microphone to start a family.He developed the idea for Molly Warner: School Reporter from his children who love to read. He wanted to write something that would make them laugh while teaching the importance of journalism.A Tennessean by birth, Dan now lives in Austin, TX with his wife, Liz, and three children, Kennedy, Rhett, and Elise.
