Individualism and collectivism

In this episode we look at the Eastern societies who tend toward a collectivist approach, and at the Western societies who tend toward an individualistic approach. We will look at the positive aspects of each of these approaches as well as some pitfalls of each. It is important to understand these two major approaches to being a society in order to know how to create a just society where we are, because the mindset of those in our neighborhood will inform them what justice looks like.
