Just saying why put in work going mainstream when you can just pay to be big just have a high paid job and pay for your social media to look good pay for your streams to look good pay for a affordable music video that look like it cost a lot that’s it so nothing is real organic since streams are paid in pennies I don’t see how producers think indie rappers can sell over the lease if their not buzzing like that and sure as hell will never get close to drake or Kendrick numbers especially if they’re not signed to a major or a distribution deal with empire so why have a BMI if your not pushing big numbers especially as a nobody in an era where care more about numbers than the music just saying people would look over anybody with less fans on Spotify off of numbers since that’s now in the underground why waste my time trying to go mainstream when I don’t have the resources nor care to be in that light not everyone wants to be the cool kid in the room but if people want that fame pressure go head have mofo suing you left and right because you signed the wrong deal “Britney spears” “homie quan” “migos” etc just saying
