JASON RAFF is a writer, director, and producer, currently the executive producer for the hit series "America's Got Talent". He began his career in Boston directing local sporting events and producing morning television, eventually joining NBC Universal where he produced Dateline for four years, and produced The Today Show for five years.  He helped lead the successful four-year run of the reality show "Average Joe", and helped write and co-direct "Threee Wishes", hosted by Amy Grant.
