Indy After Dark: How Local Rules Shape the Adult Scene

Indy After Dark: Venue Rules, Consent & Legal Basics for Kink Nights (Circle City News)Jill Hills of Circle City News delivers a five-minute, non-judgmental briefing on navigating Indianapolis’s adult and kink nightlife, emphasizing that she is not a lawyer and advising viewers to seek legal counsel for specifics. She outlines key legal threads—public decency limits, zoning/permits, and strict age verification—and explains how private, ticketed, and licensed venues shape what is allowed. She provides an attendee playbook: read event listings, bring ID, follow dress codes and no-photo rules, practice explicit consent with safe words and check-ins, and seek staff if unsafe, plus privacy tips like going with a trusted friend and avoiding identifying posts. For creators, she recommends written venue agreements, model releases, documented age checks, permits as needed, clear content labeling, platform compliance, and contracts covering payment and media policies, along with digital privacy measures. #Indianapolis #IndyAfterDark #CircleCityNews #Nightlife #Kink #Consent #AdultEntertainment #EventSafety #Privacy #Creators00:00 Breaking News Intro00:13 Welcome and Purpose01:04 Indy Legal Basics02:04 Venue Rules and Fans02:39 Consent and Privacy03:14 Creator Compliance Checklist04:15 Recap and Resources04:56 Sign Off Outro
