Indy In-Tune #145: Tonos Triad Returns

In this episode of the Beercast, we get into a deep exploration of Spotted Cow and the repeated consumption of fruity farmhouse ales invariably leads to more success with women. Secretly this is what "The Most Interesting Man in the World" is drinking in all those commercials. The Dos Equis guys just slap their own label on the bottle right before the cameras start rolling. Secretly, the actor's name is Bobby Ray Garret and he's a former insurance salesman from Argyle, Wisconsin, and it was in fact Garret that taught Rod Shindler to play the suitcase ... in the style of 1930's bohemian musician "Underbite" Fred Samsonite during his work with the band "The Carry-ons." Speaking of which, all of this episode's music was recorded live in Studio B and streamed live to our radio audience. Do you have any idea how hard it is to mic a suitcase? I mean, I've done upright basses before, but the darned samsonite just resonates.It know, that was a bit much, wasn't it? Fact is, I am doing way too many of these posts latetly and my thesaurus is completely wrecked from finding synonyms for the phrases "excellent musicians" and "nice guys," so I figured I'd just do a little freeform typing for this week's post. I'm sure the guys in Tonos Triad don't mind. Excellent musicians and nice guys, by the way. Oh, and snappy dressers. Have you seen them? You really should.
