Infamous Killer Won't Stand Trial; Shaky Ceasefire Holds

President Trump said American forces will remain deployed near Iran until a “real agreement” is reached. Iran says its delegation will participate in the peace talks in Islamabad only if Israel stops the attacks on Lebanon. The Deputy Foreign Minister said that the Iranians refrained from retaliation last night after the Americans demanded that Israel halt the strikes.
