Influence is one of the most difficult things to aquire in any organization. For me personally it took some time to figure out how to acquire influence and respect over my team. The moment I got the revelation of how to influence my team in a healthy way I was able to develop and incredible, efficient team and one of my greatest assets in the organization I worked for. I hope that through this podcast God speaks to your influence. Maybe you are too proud in the way you lead your team, or too easy going in your leadership.
