Influencing vs Imposing

Welcome back to BWC Thoughts! This week, Karabelo is addressing the big question: "Is influencing not the same as imposing your own beliefs on other people?". The intention of influence should never be to force an agenda but to model a way of life that encourages people to make the necessary changes in their own lives.
