The impending Streisand effect resulting from the unrelenting childish lawfare waged upon a former President and INFOWARS has finally reached Adult hood. After a two day long marathon hybrid hearing in the Bankruptcy Court in Houston, Texas. Judge Christopher Lopez revealed his verdict after he had witnessed months of the weaponization of his court room to be center stage for the bidding of those that would ignore the technicalities of a standard Live Public Auction of Infowars in favor of sabotage and secrecy. Judge Lopez remarked "There was no live auction, no identity of bidders to the other bidders.....Two witnesses testified in support of the motion....Lots of direct examination, lots of cross examination....And there's always been from from the first day, lots of, emotion, on all sides in every way possible that you can imagine. Coming from the Connecticut families, the Texas families. Jones, and supporters of Jones. And and I get it. While the case, by its nature, stirs emotions on all sides, my job today is to kind of consider the relief requested and granted.....But it basically comes down to business judgment..... And so you got to look to see whether there's an articulated business reason here and also look at the process, to ensure that, the process has been served. .... I think Jones had an economic interest in the outcome of this case, and had the right to argue that the sale process wasn't fair, and shouldn't maximize value because, he's got an economic interest in, free speech.....this is a 2022 case....I don't want to hold this auction...You had a $49 million judgment out there. Not when you have a million for judgment out there. Not when Jones is contesting everything.....Mr. Murray, if you want to sell, you can sell, you can try to sell the equity if you want it. There's no lanes on that. It's clean. Cash will be king if you want to do it. If you want to abandon this, do what you want. Let not the parties go for it. Like a party that if they want to go pursue their own remedies. If you want to do that, I leave that to your judgment. If you want to try to. Get something together. I'm going to need confirmation. A PPR (or Personal Property Report) is out and I'm going to want. Confirmation that this this is going to go I'm going to have to get a lot more comfortable for it..... Trustee. You got something?
