Ahed Tamimi, menor palestiniana de 17 anos, detida em dezembro pelo exército israelita, deverá ser libertada este domingo, confirmou ao Fumaça Gaby Lasky, sua advogada. Detida desde dezembro, foi condenada a 8 meses de prisão, por um tribunal militar, num julgamento marcado por violações dos Direitos da Criança. Tudo indica que sairá em liberdade este domingo, 29 de julho. Conversámos com a sua advogada, Gaby Lasky, em junho, sobre o sistema judicial militar israelita, que o classifica como “completamente Apartheid”.
