Ingo Froböse zeigt Wege auf, die möglicherweise mehr Spaß machen und die uns langfristig fröhlicher und gesünder machen. Er sieht die Gesellschaft "gefangen in einem Teufelskreis aus Stress, Schlaflosigkeit und Übermüdung. Die Unsicherheiten unserer Zeit – Kriege, Wirtschaftskrisen, Klimawandel, soziale Spannungen – befeuern die (gefühlte) permanente Alarmbereitschaft zusätzlich” (Froböse). Der Schlüssel: Die vier Bausteine Ernährung, Bewegung, Entspannung und Schlaf. In seinem aktuellen Buch verbindet er aktuelle wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse mit konkreten nützlichen Tipps für den Alltag. Prof. Dr. Ingo Froböse war Universitätsprofessor für Prävention und Rehabilitation an der Deutschen Sporthochschule Köln, er leitete dort das Institut für Bewegungstherapie. Er arbeitet als Sachverständiger des Bundestages in Fragen der Prävention und als wissenschaftlicher Berater für Gesundheitsvorsorge bei Krankenkassen und war mehrfacher deutscher Vize-Weltmeister im Sprint.
