Ingrid is from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago.   She did most of her schooling in NYC.  She always wanted to teach and became fascinated with food/exercise and how it affects the body.    Ingrid found a way to combine her 2 passions to help others.  She is a student of the universe and a teacher to all.   She is also a mother of 3 and grandmother of 2 with a diverse professional background which includes 15 years in law enforcement.
