Inner and Outer Guru are One

Sant Ji comments on vars of Bhai Gurdas: - only Master knows how He has to purify soul and take her back - Saints not only explain the theory, but during initiation They connect soul from where she came - only they know how we have to pay off our karmas and what is best for us - God does not give pains or happiness to us, they come to us because of our past karmas - other than belonging to the Master, we do not have any good qualities - if God wants He makes people praise us, if He wants, He makes people criticize us - mind is not easy to control -- it is very powerful - even rishis and munis do what mind tells them to do - when we control mind all our senses come under our control - story of king who wanted answer to the question "what is it that if you get into it you can never come out" - answer: greed - God has given us discrimination and so many good things, but still we get involved in the bad things - no matter how many good words Master tells the manmukh, still he loves the worldly pleasures - no matter how much we indulge in worldly pleasure, we do not get anything, except pain, unhappiness, sickness and greed - those who's souls are not awakened by the Master will be abandoned - we can never deceive the Master who is sitting within us - He pays us according to the work we do for Him
