About My Guest Grace is 29 year old former social worker and QMPH she has both her bachelors and masters of social work and has had a variety of experiences working with people on the individual and systemic level. From in-home counseling to growing organic fruits and veggies for corner stores in food deserts Grace’s work has always been about holistic healing. She has taken what she has learned as both a current client and former clinician and now is a community organizer teaching inter-generationally what it’s like to heal and reconnect with self and community.
