And this weekend, the Inner Circle 501(c)(3) throws its own: a community gala with a tournament, an all-black dinner night, and a state representative as keynote — all for one scary-big dream. The largest Liberian community outside Liberia has been here since 1974 and still doesn't own a place to call its own.
