Beating the odds and persevering was the key focus in this weeks podcast. Michael Ragsac or Big Mike as we like to call him was set up for failure from the very beginning, we discussed how he wasn't the brightest nor the best behaved student which caused teachers to not believe in him going forward. Big Mike didn't give up and used his past experiences to persevere through the hardships and become the man that he is today. Who is MIchael? He serves in the US Army and is a Cadre for Youth Challenge Programs. An extraordinary guy giving back to the community by helping "at risk" youth become the best versions of themselves.
