from Morgan Hill's DnD Archive · host Morgan Hill

The first 28 minutes or so of this episode are ROUGH because I didn't realize my mic was unplugged ;_; I am forever plagued by these issue. But fear not, as most of that was recap by me, which is still audible. A few tidbits from our players went missing, but nothing crucial was lost thankfully. Our heroes complete their downtime after defeating Zabosh the vampire on the outskirts of Havengul, an unpaid mission that Moritz the young priest had goaded them into. At the close of the week following this event, Runo Stromkirk paid the group a visit and informed them of some grave news. It seems that Zabosh had been in HIS employ, and not a rogue influence as Moritz had suspected. Not that the fiery young priest seemed to mind the idea of sticking it to the aristocrat. He was, after all, a vampire himself--and would ultimately be their enemy. With this knowledge in mind, that they were skirting the line between vigilantism and outright treason against their lord in secret, the party resolved to be more careful about choosing their friends--and choosing their group name, which was still up for grabs. Koot pays back an old debt, Butler prays for peace, and Loren makes the scene.
