This edition of Innovate to Educate features Career and Technical Education programs underway and planned in the Utica City Schools. Host Jody Manning welcomes CTE business teachers James Raymer and Elisa Abbe, and students Eh Tha Yu Paw and Arren Tamang, who are officers in their school's Future Business Leaders of America club.
