Innovation Junky with Saul Kaplan

Saul Kaplan of Business Innovation Factory describes himself as an innovation junky.  Someone who is always looking for a better way. “It is always about re-invention, a steep learning curve, as that is where I do my best work”. Saul was introduced to me by my previous guest, Deborah Mills Scofield.  In this conversation with Saul, we discuss the drivers that pushed him to create and develop a “community of innovation junkies” via the Business Innovation Factory and the role it plays in “doing R&D for new business models”.
