Herzlich Willkommen beim Podcast New Work im Gesundheitswesen. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie wieder dabei sind!In dieser Folge sprechen wir mit Petra Gaugisch. Sie ist Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin, Lehrerin für Pflegeberufe und Diplom Pädagogin. Frau Gaugisch arbeitet seit 2003 als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Fraunhofer-Institut für Arbeitswirtschaft und Organisation. In dieser Folge geht unsere Gästin auf New Work Potenziale in der Altenpflege ein. Dabei stellt sie uns Handlungsfelder und Szenarien vor. Anhand einer Befragung und der kritischen Fokussierung von Arbeitsprozessen werden in dem Projekt „Future Care and Services“ (FuCaSe) am Fraunhofer-Institut Experimentierräume für New Work gestaltet und beforscht.  Es geht darum mehr Selbstorganisation, Flexibilität und Partizipation in die Praxis zu implementieren sowie Implementierungen erfolgreich zu gestalten. Wir hören von der Wichtigkeit der Unternehmenskultur und des (intradisziplinären) Teams in Veränderungsprozessen und erhalten Tipps und Tricks für die Umsetzung von New Work in der Praxis.
