At Ozonetel, Chaitanya built the core CCaaS/CPaaS application framework responsible for handling 20 million calls and 100,000 agent logins per day. Chaitanya is a core technologist with a Masters in Computer Science from University of Florida. Chaitanya has expertise in web frameworks and deep learning(NLP/ASR).
