Decision of an inspector dated 27th November 2024 allowing an appeal by BDW Trading Ltd against the decision of the Hertsmere Borough Council to refuse an application for up to 220 dwellings including 50% affordable housing including POS, landscaping, SUDs and access and ecological enhancements to Woodcock Hill Village Green on land wholly within the Green Belt at Barnet Lane & Furzehill Road, Borehamwood, adjoining the settlement.
