She’s completed her research in Dr. Heath Blackmon’s lab, and her work focuses on the structure and evolution of sex chromosomes, as well as many other fascinating aspects of evolutionary biology. She’s participated in several internship programs during her time in graduate school as well, in addition to being a highly involved member of the genetics program.
