Season 4 is here and I'm kicking off by talking about insecurity, the power of nuance, and living your truth. I speak about insecurities that have come up for me, and how not having enough discernment when working with others has caused harm to me. How this was especially true in the LOA (law of attraction), manifestation, and spirituality field and how that has impacted me. I speak about the courage to live your truth. I talk about applying nuance to things like feeling the fear and doing it anyway. I discuss emotional regulation, the window of tolerance, the trauma journey, etc, and how certain systems hurt us and how it's not all about belief work. Although yes, the RAS definitely plays a role. How sometimes in the coaching insecurity we can come out with more problems than we went in with AKA told "you have a money block", I call BS. Do you really?
