It's the mug shot seen round the world. For the first time in history, a former president of the United States was fingerprinted and photographed like any other suspect under arrest. It's not just the mug shot making headlines…the former president says he's an incredible 30 pounds lighter than when in office. But could that possibly be true? The shooter was a retired police sergeant in the middle of a divorce and he was targeting his estranged wife. She was hit in the face but survived, now her friend who was with her is telling Inside Edition about the terrifying moment. Health officials have sent out an advisory for anyone who attended a mud race competition in Sonoma County, California.
