Big reaction today to the bombshell news that the Los Angeles D.A. is pushing for a resentencing for the Menendez brothers. But while the majority of their family is celebrating over the possibility of them being home for the holidays, the detective who investigated the murders says they should stay in jail. And a former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has come forward to say Donald Trump touched her inappropriately in the 90's after they were introduced by Jeffrey Epstein. The former President denies the allegation, but with just 11 days until the election, some are questioning the timing. Plus, five members of a family have been murdered. Gunned down not by an intruder, but prosecutors say, by one of their own. The suspect is the 15-year-old son who allegedly got hold of his dad's silver glock and opened fire. His attorney says these are only allegations and “the law presumes that my client is innocent.” And, that E. coli outbreak being linked to McDonald’s Quarter Pounders is spreading. At least 79 customers across 13 states have gotten sick - almost double the original reports.
