As she speaks out for the first time to tell her side of the story, she's even embraced the term '”crazy plane lady.” And the search for answers is on after an explosion outside Pittsburgh over the weekend killed five people and left one in critical condition. As the victims are identified, including this father and son, questions are being asked about the abandoned mine underneath the home that blew up. Plus, the wildfires on the island of Maui are now officially the most deadly in the U.S. in more than a century - and plenty of questions are being asked in their wake...including why the island's outdoor warning sirens were not activated?
