The situation in Maui is absolutely apocalyptic. Wildfires have decimated the island, obliterating one historic town, with countless homes destroyed and at least 36 people confirmed dead. It is, say officials, an unprecedented situation. And it's nowhere close to the level during the height of the pandemic, but Covid cases are up. It seems this summer, like the last few years, the month of August is seeing a spike. So is there anything different you should do to stay safe? Plus, we're learning more about the man shot and killed by FBI agents after allegedly making threats against President Joe Biden and other officials online.
