We're learning more about the alleged plot to completely destroy the city of Baltimore…by attacking the power grid that supports the city. The FBI says a known neo-Nazi leader and the woman he was involved with were not just talking about the plot, but actively taking steps to carry it out. Steven Fabian reports.
