As Les Trent reports, those are known side effects of the medication he was carrying. When cops asked woods if he took any prescription medication. He replied that he takes a few. and that he took some that morning. And it's a dramatic moment in the new Steven Spielberg sci-fi movie Emily Blunt plays a TV meteorologist who starts talking gibberish while live on the air.
