Cops say he was a man infuriated by the street closures and detours set up for the local parade. But rather than deal with the inconvenience, he’s accused of aggressively barreling past the barriers and through the city. The dash cam video has just been released and it’s terrifying. The man has pled not guilty.  And we're getting insight into what it was like being held hostage by Hamas from the just released 85-year-old grandmother.  She says she went through hell but was fed and given medicine.  Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian reports.  Plus, he was out capturing beautiful drone video of fall foliage in Utah's big Cottonwood Canyon when he accidentally captured a guy proposing to his girlfriend! Now the search is on for the lovebirds.  And balloons are an almost required part of every birthday celebration…but two moms are on a mission to make sure everyone knows they are not a toy after their daughters' birthday balloons turned deadly.
