Authorities say a California Highway Patrol officer was driving at night at 130 miles per hour without his sirens on when he hit a vehicle with four people and then left the scene. Authorities say after he left scene the four people were hit by another vehicle driven by a drunk driver.  As Jim Moret reports, the officer, who was later fired, and the alleged drunk driver are facing quadruple murder charges. And fireworks on Capitol Hill.  It happened during confirmation hearings for President Trump's pick to replace Kristi Noem as head of the department of Homeland Security.
