New York's highest court announced on Thursday that they would be overturning Harvey Weinstein's 2020 rape conviction -- dropping his lengthy 23-year sentence. Though Weinstein will continue to serve time due to additional charges he faced in Los Angeles in 2022, the controversial ruling is anything but insignificant.   To discuss this New York ruling, the lead attorney for the Harvey Weinstein New York case, Donna Rotunno shares her reaction to finding out Weinstein's conviction was being overturned, her thoughts on whether the ruling was just, and how this impacts Weinstein on a grand scale.
