Inside-Out Rest - Andrew Bolkcom

In this message, Andrew Bolkcom examines 1 Kings 8 to explore humanity's search for lasting rest and peace. He contrasts the temporary, external rest achieved through circumstances or rule-following with the internal soul rest promised through Jesus Christ. Ultimately, he encourages listeners to shift from relying on personal effort to receiving the true peace offered in the gospel, which naturally leads to genuine joy, resilience, and a life of outward service.
