I went inside Radiohead’s KID A MNESIA Motion Picture House in Brooklyn, a large-scale audiovisual installation built around the music and artwork of Kid A and Amnesiac.In this episode of Record Room, I explore the galleries, enormous paintings, lyric sketches, televisions, sculptures, and artwork created by Thom Yorke and Stanley Donwood during the Kid A and Amnesiac recording sessions.The experience also includes a 75-minute film accompanied by a new mix drawn from the original multitracks and rendered in six-point surround sound.Kid A is one of my favorite albums of all time, and this genuinely felt like stepping inside the KID A MNESIA Exhibition in real life.
