Dozens of rank-and-file Republicans like Arizona Representative Juan Ciscomani are facing a difficult decision: resist the party’s efforts to gut the Inflation Reduction Act as part of their reconciliation package or incur the wrath of their constituents who are economically benefiting from the law.
