Inside the CMS Scandal: Claims of Fake Debt, Court Abuse and Family Harm

In this episode, we welcomed our “Lady of the Lake” for a deep and often shocking discussion about the Child Maintenance Service, the Department for Work and Pensions, and the wider enforcement machinery around child maintenance. From my side of the mic, this was one of those conversations that leaves you reeling: we heard detailed allegations about fictitious debts, bulk liability orders, court process concerns, enforcement action by private firms, and the human cost these cases are having on families.
