Ted is joined by Mo Tidball, Candace Riegel, and the CCE's newest intern, Diana Munoz. Ted and the CCE talk about many topics including the Farm to School Program and the highlighted foods of apples and corn. Pumpkin Days is fast approaching, and you will be able to find the CCE at Seneca County farmer's markets in October handing out pumpkins. CCE classes continue, including fermented food like kombucha.
